Celebrate the beautiful North Wessex Downs during our very first Walking Festival!  With 14 guided walks across the region – from Avebury in Wiltshire to Goring in Oxfordshire – the festival is a perfect opportunity to get outside, explore more and take in the stunning views this landscape has to offer, all in the expert care of our walk leaders.

Our walks range from a pushchair-friendly stroll around the lovely lanes of Huish in the Pewsey Vale to an all-day guided hike onto the downs from Goring. We have a superb navigation skills workshop starting at Avebury and several wildlife walks to choose from.

Events are listed below – detailed information about all the walks, and how to book, can be found on the North Wessex Downs website at  www.northwessexdowns.org.uk/walkingfestival.
